Who cares abt Nikki and Paolo? Yeah, not me. Sorry, but that episode was back to crap after last week's hype. Too bad they didn't die forrill, not that I'd wish that on anyone, but at least we wouldn't have to relive anymore of last night's bologna. And cheese. Pshh. It was cool how she opened her eyes at the end though, bahahaha.
It bugs me to no end that the writers pretend they were there the whole time. AND made them pull Christopher Columbus all over again, like N & P discovered the hatch first. And the plane. And the... psh. Right. (were they there during Jack's speech? or any of those other times??)
Where's the man from Tallahassee? Bring the good sht back, mang.

I am in ToTaL agreement. Last night was definitely a letdown. I hate the way they were supposed to be there the whole time too. But I loved how Sawyer kept on asking "who are you", "who are they"? It's almost like the writers were making fun of it themselves.
But next week, ahhhh. I'm looking forward to some tail kicking a la Kate. I know that Juliet was brought against her will and blah blah blah. But let's face it, she's an other. And I love me some other tail kicking! ;)
I'm pretty much torn over this episode. I liked it, but I hated the timing. Don't give me a superior episode like last week's and then throw this Twilight Zone business at me. This episode would have been fine a few weeks back, but now I want me some good stuff.
And as far as I'm concerned, I'm glad that they were both buried alive.
The cat fight next week looks AWESOME!
This episode wasn't on my list of favorites, but I liked how the writers kind of used it to make fun of themselves a little. You can't just ADD characters and make us pretend they have been there the whole time. It was kind of like a "Lost: Greatest Hits" because Nikki and Paolo visited every major discovery place on that island, like the TV hatch, th underwater grave where Kate found the guns and her toy plane, the Boone plane, Arnst and his... well whatever Arnst did before he blew up.
Nice cameo by Boone and Shannon, too. That's how I knew Nikki and Paolo would die. "I hope we never end up like them." DUH!!
I thought it was funny, though how Vincent the dog was the smartest one... he kept taking the tarp off of semi-dead Nikki and Paolo. They really need to listen to him more. Maybe then we'll find out where the polar bears live.
